By accessing any training provided by Easy DIY WP, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained on Easy DIY WP are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
- Use License
- Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials (this does not include videos) on the Easy DIY WP’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials (you may modify or copy the templates and scripts only);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Course’s web site;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial – you may use only the templates and scripts for any commercial purpose. You may not resell them.);

9. Refunds
Due to full access being given to all courses immediately, we have a strict NO REFUND policy. Both the Membership Pro and Membership Elite offer free trials. This is a good way to access the courses free of charge before purchasing. Cancellation is easy from your own dashboard and if you cancel within the free trial period you won’t be charged.
10. Free Trials
Free trials are strictly one per person. If abuse is suspected IP addresses will be tracked and anyone abusing the free trial will be permanently blocked.
11. Pro Plugins
Pro plugins/themes are included in the Membership Pro and Membership Elite. Licenses are only active whilst a member. Failed payments and membership cancellation will result in the pro license key being remotely removed from your website. We strongly recommend that you purchase the pro plugin or theme before cancelling your membership and adding your own license key. Failure to do so can break your site or lead to malware injection.
12. Sharing Access
Any courses/membership courses ae designed to be used solely by the purchaser. If log ins are shared between IP addresses Easy DIY WP™ reserves the right to cancel all access to courses/memberships.
