Yes! I have worked with so many people who have said "there's no way I'll be able to edit my own site" and they have ended up saying "That Was Easier Than I Expected!"  Like anything new, there is a learning curve but the training will make it so much easier and save you so much time. 

This really depends on you, how many hours you can work on the site per week, and your website requirements.  If you have your content written and ready to go there is nothing to stop you from finishing your site in a few days using the steps I show in the training, which give you a head start.  Realistically I'd say around 2 weeks.

If you have a larger site or a large ecommerce site then obviously it will take longer as there will be more content.  

The thing to remember is that your site doesn't need to be perfect for you to launch. Striving for perfection is great. However in 15 years of building sites for clients, the clients who have been the most successful are not those who focus on moving an image 3 pixels to the right, but those who get their content written and get their site live. I don't mean that you should rush your site - quite the opposite - but I do see people paralysed by choice and the need for perfection.

The course will include how you can try out WordPress completely free of charge without needing a domain name or hosting. This means that you can try it out before having to think about hosting or buying a domain name. My training will show you how to get started in literally a few minutes with no complex installation and for free!

Once you decide that WordPress is the right tool for you (wise choice!) then you will need a domain name and hosting.

All websites require a domain name. This is your www. In the training I will recommend the company I use because they are fairly priced and reliable but there are so many companies you can use.

You will also require hosting. This is where your website will "live." I will make several recommendations in the training. For a normal site (ie not an e-commerce site with 100k products), these costs will be around $5-$10 a month but they can go up to $30+ a month depending on your requirements.

I love that you're thinking big and actually WordPress is flexible enough to build just about anything.  However it's not realistic for a beginner to start off with such a huge project and it would be advisable to pay a developer to build your project.

Even though most of the themes and plugins I will be showing you are free, the developers still provide support (aren't they amazing?!). You will need to wait longer than someone who has paid for the pro plugin (fair enough), but you will get help.
